Achtung Danger: ART. 80 – Preşedinte pe 80 de ani?

Înainte de a o întinde spre tărâmuri mai calde, cu mai mult nisip şi soare, decis că amu-i amu cînd aruncăm acest blog în lume. Fără introduceri şi promisiuni, detalii şi gînduri siropoase, discutăm în acest prim post (dar nu chiar primul) ultimele aberaţii ale lui Ghimpu. Poziţia sa, un om care se are cu dreptu mai mult sau mai puţin, este fermă: Timofti trebuie să fie ales pentru 4 ani. Aşa zice Constituţia, aşa zice art. 80:

Articolul 80 Durata mandatului(1) Mandatul Preşedintelui Republicii Moldova durează 4 ani şi se exercită de la data depunerii jurămîntului.

Se fac valuri zilele astea, iarăşi, despre trepădările Preşedintelui în exerciţiu – Marian Lupu. Aparent, el are un plan: deputaţii să arate pentru cine votează. El ne zice că „Legea nu interzice deputaților să arate pentru cine ei votează. Îi vom ruga respectuos pe legislatori să arate pentru cine vor vota la 16 decembrie’’.

Interesant. Cînd aud cuvintele „legea nu interzice” din gura ăstora – primul gînd care îmi vine e că de fapt…legea interzice. Pentru că aşa m-am obişnuit cu guvernarea asta: ei joacă murdar, ei îndoaie legile, ei schimbă mecanismele, ei se ascund după deget, ei interpretează cum doresc, ei sunt nişte julishi.
